By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By renting an appliance from us, you agree to the following terms:

• The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed-upon return date, unless extended or terminated early by mutual agreement.

• You agree to pay all applicable fees, including rental charges, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your rental agreement.

• Appliances must be used solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with provided instructions.
• You agree to keep the appliance in good condition and notify us immediately of any damage, theft, or malfunction.

• Appliances must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.

• A security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
• The deposit will be refunded upon return of the appliance in good condition, subject to deductions for any damages, missing parts, or late returns.

• We will deliver and, if applicable, install the appliance at the address you provide.
• Delivery dates are subject to availability and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location.

• All rented appliances remain the property of London May Appliances LLc
• You may not sell, sublease, or transfer the appliance to a third party.

• You may cancel your order before delivery for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
• Cancellation fees may apply as specified during the checkout process.

• Refunds for cancellations, early returns, or security deposits will be processed within 14 days after machines are inspected.
• 7. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the misuse of rented appliances.
• In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the rental.

You may not:

• Tamper with, modify, or repair the appliances without our consent.
• Use the appliances for illegal purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information during the rental process.

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement or access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Fail to pay fees when due.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
